My wife needed these as she was having heel pain. It is good for shock absorption while standing or working. The material is soft and good in quality. It had been almost 6 months and has been working great.

Couldn't help with the pain relief, the motto with I bought it. Too thin also. Won't recommend for pain relief but it moistures well
